Events and Activities

The VSO organizes and hosts different types of activities and events throughout the year for its members.  Non-members may attend if there is space and sometimes for an extra fee. 

​

• Occasional seminars or workshops

• Annual General Meeting

• Rescue Calendar photo contest

• Calendar & other merchandise sales

• Raffles

• Fun Days

• Informal meet ups and walks

• Two types of licensed events under the auspices of the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC):  Specialty conformation shows and field (hunting) tests for pointing breeds.
